Sourcing Consultants (including Training Brokering)
We find consultants for clients. We have a special interest in organisational change, performance management, organisational development and facilitator development. We tend to work at the premium end of the consulting spectrum and not at the technical end.

Speaker Procurement
We have a range of talented speakers in our network that we have placed over the years. If you require experienced, relevant and intriguing speakers we can be of assistance in Australia and throughout Asia.

Venue Procurement
We also find country conference venues for clients in Victoria. Over the years we used a number of leading facilities and able to match their particular features with the requirements of residential training or planning assignments.

Our Focus

Now, more than ever it is important to be well networked in the profession. Networks act as critical resources for HR/D professionals to draw upon for advice and benchmarking outside their own organisation. We run membership based groups which meet at four dinners over a six month period.
In summary we have a discussion leader and encourage each guest to speak for 5 minutes on the topic. We specifically seek out and maintain appropriate conditions for focused discussion over great food and wine.

We also run specifically designed events which contain relevant information or facility tours for consultants. These are an excellent mechanism for emerging consultants to meet our team and pick up some tips from established consultants.
