HR Performance Professional 3-6 Month Contract, Melbourne

The person will develop and roll out a competency framework.

A person with an organisational development background would fit this role. Experience in performance management will be the key differentiator in candidates. Some SAP experience would be nice, but not necessary. The person must however have high technological ability in order to design and implement the systems. The work has already begun.

The work is full-time, but some part-time can be agreed by mutual consent. There is some flexibility on start-time, either mid-December or early January is the most likely. The assignment will last between 3 and 6 months.
